Hair care for curlies

I do apologise for not having replied to all of your comments yet, or catching up with your blogs... life has been excessively busy of late.  Between my full time job, part time fashion internship, post-grad interview and potential house move I've barely had time to draw breath.

But it's not all been dull and lames.  I've caught up with friends, seen an exhibition (Valentino at Somerset House is everything I'd hoped it would be), and finally finished a guest post for one of my favourite blogs, Vixen Vintage.  The ever-so lovely Solanah contacted me via Instagram and asked if I'd be happy to write about how I coerce my curls into classic coiffures (can't resist a bit of alliteration).  Of course I jumped at the chance!  There was so much I wanted to say, that ordering my thoughts into a readable state was quite a challenge.  Let me know if I made any sense at all ;)

Click my hair to find out how it's care(d for - can't say no to a bad rhyme either it seems).

    1. Half the battle is getting my hair into a cooperative state, and that doesn't require skill so much as patience. After that, it practically styles itself ;)

  2. I've said it once, and I'll say it again - your hair is always pure perfection! Love those little berries in the pictures here, and the red really pops!

  7. Absolutely beautiful! My goodness, you are such an incredibly talented hairstylist.

January was a hectic, often stressful month on this end, too. Fingers crossed February is a less harried month for both of us, dear gal.

  10. Any chance of a tutorial for this style in the future? It's what I've had in my head for ages, but am at a total loss to create (I'm new to this hair-styling thing).

    1. I'll see what I can do, but it might be a while. Videos take an absolute age to edit, I've had one sitting on my computer for two weeks now!

    1. Thank you! I'll let you into a secret - I can't blow dry my hair without falling into a hair-rage. Curling tongs and hair spray are a doddle compared to blow drying! :)
